This Continuing Disclosure Agreement (the “Disclosure Agreement”) is executed and delivered by and between the City of Coachella (the “City”) and Urban Futures, Inc., as dissemination agent (the “Dissemination Agent”), in connection with the issuance and delivery of $ City of Coachella Taxable Pension Obligation Bonds, Series 2020 (the “Bonds”). The Bonds are issued pursuant to a Trust Agreement, dated as of 1, 2020 (the “Trust Agreement”), by and between the City and Wilmington Trust, N.A. (the “Trustee”).
