This agreement ("Agreement") is made by and between the person named in the "&Rewards Debit Card Enrollment Application" ("you", "your", or "yours") for the use of the service offered by National Payment Card Association dba ZipLine, its affiliates, its subsidiaries or its assignees ("National Payment Card", "ZipLine (NPCA)", "we", "us", "our", "ours"), and shall govern your enrollment in, and use of the National Payment Card System Services ("Service") described herein.
