THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 14th day of December, 2023 by and between Prime Healthcare, ST. MARY’S GENERAL HOSPITAL, 350 Boulevard, Passaic, New Jersey 07055, (hereinafter referred to as the "Hospital" or "Employer"), and JNESO, District Council 1, IUOE, AFL/CIO 1225 Livingston Avenue, North Brunswick, New Jersey 08902 (hereinafter referred to as the "Union"), acting on behalf of the employees of the Hospital as defined and designated as the sole representative of the employees for purposes of Collective Bargaining.
