AGREEMENT TO TERMS. By tendering Goods to CWW, Customer agrees to be bound by this Agreement. A Customer’s Subsidiary or Affiliate’s engagement of CWW for the provision of services shall be deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions hereof by said Subsidiary or Affiliate.
