This Amendment, made the 16th day of January, 2013, between SIEA, Bajkalská 27, 827 99 Bratislava, Slovak Republic (hereinafter called “the Employer”) and MATEP spol. s r.o, Pribylinská 2, 831 04 Bratislava, Slovak Republic (hereinafter called “the Contractor”) of the other part.
