The above responsible party agrees to pay the established rates set forth by the City of Catoosa Ordinances and agrees to regulations governing said service. This application becomes a contract upon the establishment of service. Customer understands interest received by C.P.W.A. on the deposit will be retained by C.P.W.A. to defray the cost of maintenance, repair and depreciation of water meters. Deposit shall be refunded upon termination of service after deduction there from, if any, for unpaid charges for water, sewer or storm water. Payments are due on or before the 15th of the month. The consumer agrees and empowers C.P.W.A. to remove all property belonging to the City and cut off water whenever bills are in arrears or for any other cause which C.P.W.A. may deem sufficient.
