THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING is entered into by the Director of Human Resource Services of the County of Alameda, a political subdivision hereinafter named as "County," and the Alameda County Welfare Fraud Investigators Association, affiliated with Operating Engineers Local Union No. 3, hereinafter named as "Union,β as a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors of the County of Alameda of those conditions of employment which are to be in effect during the period June 22, 2014 through September 15, 2019, for those employees working in the representation unit referred to in Section 1 hereof.
