India is committed to and will cause the State of Rajasthan (the “State”) to implement the Rajasthan State Highway Investment Program, which is an integral part of the State Highway Development Program of Rajasthan which constitutes the State’s investment plan for development and rehabilitation of its state highway network (State Highway Development Program). Both the State Highway Development Program and the Investment Program are described in Schedule 1 hereto.
