This announcement is made by ClouDr Group Limited (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries and consolidated affiliated entities, the “Group”) on a voluntary basis. The board (the “Board”) of directors (the “Directors”) of the Company is pleased to announce that on September 4, 2024, the Company entered into a non-legally binding strategic cooperation agreement (the “Strategic Cooperation Agreement”) with Schaper & Brümmer GmbH & Co. KG (“Schaper & Brümmer”), a subsidiary of Medice Arzneimittel Pütter GmbH & Co. KG (“Medice”) and was granted 5-year exclusive rights to import, distribute, sell and promote Remifemin® and Esberitox® in both hospitals and pharmacies in China.
