This Class Action Settlement Agreement and Release, including Exhibits A and B hereto (“Agreement”), is made and entered into by, between, and among Plaintiff Gennifer Manzo (“Plaintiff”) on behalf of herself, the Settlement Class (as defined below), and the State of California Labor and Workforce Development Agency (“LWDA”), on the one hand, and Defendant McDonald’s Restaurants of California, Inc. (“McDonald’s” and “Defendant”) on the other hand. Plaintiff and Defendant (collectively, the “Parties”) enter into this Agreement to effect a full and final settlement and preclusive judgment (“Settlement”) resolving all claims brought or that could have been brought against Defendant in Gennifer Manzo v.
