These Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you and the entity that has authorized you to access this portal website on its behalf (collectively, “user” or “you” or “your”) and CU Cooperative Systems, Inc. and its affiliates, d/b/a Co-Op Financial Services (collectively, “Company,” “Co-Op Financial Services,” “we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Company portal website as well as any other websites, media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Portal”). The Portal provides access to various products and services provided by Company whether directly or through certain third party service providers (“Company Services”). Other supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Portal from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
