UMW Holdings Berhad (“UMW Holdings” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that UMW Corporation Sdn Bhd (“UMWC”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has today entered into a Supplemental Sale and Purchase Agreement (“Supplemental SPA”) with Dato’ Muthukumar a/l Ayarpadde (“DMK”) to vary certain terms of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) dated 25th July 2014, in respect of the price consideration for the Proposed Disposal. The total cash considerations have now been mutually revised from RM73,126,825 to RM111,654,575 as follows -
