IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This Profisee SaaS Subscription End User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (“Customer”) and Profisee Group, Inc. (“Profisee”) (Customer and Profisee together are the “parties”) for the Profisee Services (defined below). If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms and conditions, in which case the terms "you" or "your" shall refer to such entity. This Agreement governs your use of the Services unless there is a replacement in the form of Profisee’s SaaS Subscription Agreement accompanying the Services or other agreement signed by authorized representatives of your company and Profisee, a Profisee Group Company or an authorized Profisee Reseller or Distributor.
