AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into pursuant to Sections 29-1-203 and -203.5 et seq., C.R.S., by and between THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "City", and THE POUDRE VALLEY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, Larimer County, State of Colorado, hereinafter referred to as the "District". This Agreement is effective at 12:00 am on January 1, 2025 (“Effective Date”). No provision in this Agreement or the attached exhibits shall apply to the 2024 fiscal year. The 2024 fiscal year, and all requirements, processes, and procedures associated with the 2024 fiscal year, are governed solely by the provisions of the July 15, 2014 Amended and Restated Intergovernmental Agreement Establishing The Poudre Fire Authority and the exhibits attached thereto, which shall remain in full force and effect through 11:59 pm on December 31, 2024, at which date and time such agreement shall terminate for all purposes.
