THIS IS AN AGREEMENT effective as of December 6, 2023 (“Effective Date”) between the City of Aransas Pass (“Owner”) and Ardurra Group, Inc. (“Engineer”) to provide professional services to Owner in support of Owner’s TCEQ quarterly groundwater assessment and biannual reporting for the former Coastline Resources site (“Project”).
