This document constitutes the agreement (“Agreement”) outlining the terms and conditions under which the NetSpend MasterCard Prepaid Card and the NetSpend MasterCard Virtual Account have been issued by BofI Federal Bank.“Card Account”means the records we maintain to account for the transactions made with your Card or Virtual Account. “Account Number” means the 14-digit number used to identify your Card Account. “Card”means the NetSpend MasterCard Prepaid Card issued to you by BofI Federal Bank. “Card Number”is the 16-digit number embossed on your Card. There are two (2) Card types associated with this Program: (1) The“Temporary Card”means the limited function access device obtained in connection with an initial request for a Card Account; and (2) The“Personalized Card”means the fully functional access device issued after you have requested a Personalized Card and have paid the upgrade fee from a Temporary Card.“Virtual Account”means a temporary access device issued to you by BofI Feder
