WHEREAS the City has entered into an Agreement with the Province of Alberta, as represented by the Minister of Human Services, to establish, administer and operate a Family and Community Support Services Program in accordance with the Family and Community Support Services Act and Conditional Agreement Regulation which is attached hereto as Schedule “A”;
