This Agreement, effective from the date of its execution (“Effective Date”) by and between the Shelby County Board of Education, the governing body of Shelby County Schools, a public school district, 160 S. Hollywood Street, Memphis, Tennessee 38112 (hereinafter “SCS”) and CBIZ Valuation Group, LLC, with offices at 225 West Wacker Drive, Suite 2500, Chicago, IL 60606 (hereinafter “Consultant”), is executed pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth.
