This Articulation Agreement (the “Agreement”) by and between Viterbo University (“VU”), with its principal address at 900 Viterbo Drive, La Crosse, Wisconsin, and Wisconsin Technical College System (“WTCS”), is entered to facilitate the seamless transfer of students between WTCS and VU and to raise students’ awareness of the opportunities afforded by this Agreement. Accordingly, in consideration of the promises and mutual covenants contained in this Agreement, VU and WTCS (collectively “the Parties”) agree as follows:
