This Interconnection and Resale Agreement (the “Agreement”), entered into this 29th day of November, 2004, is entered into by and between AT&T Communications of Nevada, Inc. (“CLEC”), and Central Telephone Company – Nevada dba Sprint of Nevada (“Sprint”), to establish the rates, terms and conditions for local interconnection and local resale (individually referred to as the “service” or collectively as the “services”).
