This Annex shall be for the purpose of MSFC supporting UTEP with manufacturing expertise specific to relevant On-orbit Servicing, Assembly and Manufacturing (OSAM) processes. MSFC will work with UTEP to ensure that the development of their robotic systems aligns with the requirements necessary for those systems to perform relevant OSAM processes.
