This Agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which FCIC will provide subsidy and reinsurance on eligible crop insurance contracts sold or reinsured by the above named insurance company. This Agreement is authorized by the Act and regulations promulgated thereunder codified in 7 C.F.R. chapter IV. Such regulations are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The provisions of this Agreement that are inconsistent with provisions of State or local law or regulation will supersede such law or regulation to the extent of the inconsistency.
