THIS CELEBRITY ENDORSEMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of March 8th, 2013, is an agreement entered into between the GBI Company (the “Company”) an Arizona corporation with offices at 1234 Bailey Road, Garden City, AZ and Valentina Solymar (“Licensor and/or Celebrity”) an individual whose address is 99 A Street, Phoenix, AZ. to endorse or otherwise serve as a spokesperson for the product. The effective date of this agreement shall be March 21st, 2013 (the “Effective Date”).
