This Contract is made as of the day of , 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the Town of Suffield, a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Connecticut (the “Town”), and Tanko Streetlighting, Inc., a California corporation operating as a Foreign Corporation in the State of Connecticut, 220 Bayshore Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94124 (the “Contracting Party” or “Tanko”). The Town and Tanko may individually be referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
