PURPOSE: Kellogg Community College (KCC) is making certain technology-related equipment (equipment) that it owns available to students on a temporary basis to be able to complete KCC-related coursework. This form must be completed in order to establish the terms and conditions in which the student may request equipment, agree to the terms and conditions required to receive the equipment and establish the additional terms and conditions for its return. KCC, in its sole discretion, may decide to approve or deny each individual request to loan equipment.
