This Measure V Regional Project Funding Agreement (“AGREEMENT”), effective the 1st day of July, 2024, is entered into by and between Merced County Association of Governments, a joint powers authority pursuant to California Government Code Section 6500 et seq. (MCAG), and the County of Merced, (“RECIPIENT”) for the State Route 152 Pacheco Boulevard Regional Bike Path project (“PROJECT”).
