This Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the AGREEMENT entered into by the City of Antioch, hereinafter referred to as the CITY, and the Antioch Police Officers' Association, hereinafter referred to as the ASSOCIATION, has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious labor relations between the City and the Association; the establishment of equitable and peaceful procedures for the resolution of the differences; and the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work and other conditions of employment.
