This form is used to register your child(ren) to attend St. Wenceslaus School during the 2020 – 2021 school year. To complete your registration, a $50 non-refundable fee per child must be attached to this form. This money does not apply to your 2020-2021 tuition. If registration is submitted after March 15th the registration fee is $100 non-refundable per child.
