European Touch Holdings, Inc. ("European Touch") conditionally warrants your whirlpool pedicure spa (the "Pedicure Spa") in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below for a period of one (1) year commencing on the original date of shipment of the Pedicure Spa to you. The warranty only applies to the Pedicure Spa's original end-user owner or customer (the "Customer"). This Conditional Warranty is non-transferable and replaces any warranties previously published by European Touch.
