This includes the Participant's share of coaches’ fees for all tournaments in which the Participant was scheduled to participate. A Participant, whose team is scheduled to compete in a tournament which involves hotel and/or airline reservations, will be responsible for Participant’s share of any and all expenses involved with that tournament unless the Club is properly notified of her withdrawal at least 30 days in advance of the team’s departure to that event.
