These standard terms and conditions incorporate and should be read together with, each of the Avner Pancreatic Cancer Foundation Funding Agreements (“Funding Agreements”). On execution of a separate Funding Agreement, the terms of these standard terms and conditions, will become binding on you and together with the Funding Agreement, will govern the relationship between us, and the relevant project.
