Calaveras Boulevard, Milpitas, California 95035 (“City”), and West Yost & Associates, Inc., a California CORPORATION with its principal place of business at 2020 Research Park Drive, Suite 100, Davis, CA 95618 (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”). City and Consultant are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties” in this Agreement.
