Hage G. Geingob, of Private Bag 13339, State House, Namibia (together with its assignees and successors) on the one part, and the Ministry of Home Affairs and Immigration (hereinafter referred to as MHAI) represented by the Minister, Hon. Pendukeni Iivula-Ithana, of Private Bag 13200, Windhoek, Namibia (together with its assignees and successors), on the other part.
