COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTLetter of Agreement • June 17th, 2020
hereby authorize and direct CertainTeed Canada, Inc., during the life of the current Collective Agreement and for any renewals, to deduct from my first pay each month following delivery of this authorization to the Company, an amount equal to the monthly dues as authorized from time to time in writing by the Local Lodge over its seal and to remit the same to the Financial Secretary of Local Lodge D-345 of the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, Iron Ship Builders, Blacksmiths, Forgers and Helpers, whose receipt thereof shall be considered as a discharge to the Company for the amounts so deducted from my earnings.
