This Contract is adhesion contract, signed according to provisions of Art. 389 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, conditions of which can be accepted by the Client as by accession to this Contract in general based on Statements of accession to this Contract according to the Application 1 to the Contract which is also recognized as the statement of purchase and sale of the certified weighted gold bullions, and to the Application 2 to the Contract which is also recognized as the statement of acceptance for collection of the certified weighted gold bullions(further – the Statement of accession). Data on Bank and the Client are specified in the Statement of accession. At the same time, the Statement of accession and the Contract are the single document.
