St. Andrew Place, Santa Ana, CA 92705-4930; hereinafter referred to as “County”, and Corporation for Supportive Housing, with a place of business at 2664 Fourth Avenue, San Diego, CA 92103; hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”, with County and Contractor sometimes referred to as “Party”, or collectively as “Parties”.
