Ordering Paragraph 3 of Decision (D.) 20-02-044 directed Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) to file a Tier 2 Advice Letter modifying its BioEnergy Market Adjusting Tariff (BioMAT) Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) to conform with the Decision language and incorporating reporting requirements that are consistent with the California Energy Commission’s (CEC) Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) Eligibility Guidebook.1 This Tier 2 Advice Letter describes the modifications to the BioMAT PPA and attaches the new clean BioMAT PPA and redlined BioMAT PPA, pursuant to the Decision.
