This agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between you ("Contractor" or "you"), an independent contractor engaged in the business of performing the type of delivery services contemplated by this Agreement, and Localposh.com, Inc. ("Localposh"). Contractor and Localposh may be referred to herein individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties". This Agreement will become effective on the date it is accepted by Contractor regardless of whether Contractor is eligible to or ever performs any delivery services.
