This is an Amendment (“Amendment”) for Collocation Decommission to the Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation (“Qwest”), a Colorado corporation, and TCG-Omaha (“CLEC”). CLEC and Qwest shall be known jointly as the “Parties”.
