This Agreement of Endorsement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of the signature date below ("Effective Date") by and between the Village of McDonald, Ohio ("Village"), and Eastern Power and Gas, LLC ("Eastern PNG"). The Village and Eastern PNG are each referred to herein as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties.”
