TERMS: As a privilege incident to the student’s enrollment as a full time registered student at the Maryland Institute College of Art (the “College”), the College will provide housing space to the above-named student in one of its housing units for one academic year subject to the agreement of the student to abide by all the terms and conditions of this Housing Agreement, the Housing Application, the College’s policies and procedures listed on our web-site at mica.edu/reslife under the current students tab, and the further agreement of the student or the student’s parent or guardian to pay any associated fees. The student’s use and occupancy of College housing space is a mere license to do so, subject to termination for breach of any of the foregoing terms, conditions, rules, or regulations.
