This Travel Agency Services Contract, which is binding on both parties under the terms set out herein, is governed by the clauses contained in the General Conditions that comprise it, which complement and develop Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, as well as by the legal and regulatory standards applicable to this matter in the corresponding territorial areas.
