This Settlement Agreement and Release (the “Settlement Agreement”) is entered into by and between: (1) Defendant BlueLine Rental, LLC (“BlueLine”) and (2) Plaintiff Wells Land Development, Inc. (“Class Representative” on behalf of itself and the Class Members, by and through Class Counsel). Class Representative and BlueLine are each a “Party,” and together the “Parties.”
