This Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement"), is made and entered into as of the date of the last Party signature set forth below between the Los Angeles County Flood Control District (hereinafter referred to as “LACFCD”), and City of Los Angeles Department of Public Works' Bureau of Sanitation (hereinafter referred to as "Local Project Sponsor" or "LPS"). LACFCD and LPS are hereinafter referred to as "Parties" or, each individually, as "Party" for the following project(s): Vermont Avenue Storm Water Capture and Green Street Beautification Project (hereinafter referred to as "Project(s)"). The requested grant amount for the Project(s) is $604,500.
