This Contract sets out the terms on which Sapphire agrees to provide Software and associated Services to the Client. By signing this Contract or by ordering Software or Services from Sapphire, the Client shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed that the supply of the Software and Services by Sapphire shall be in accordance with the terms of the Contract.
