District, (Client) is entered into as of the Effective Date, by and between Lansing Unified School District and Make the Grade, LLC. (Service Provider), a limited liability corporation organized under the laws of the State of California. Lansing Unified School District and Make the Grade, LLC are sometimes referred to individually as a Party and collectively as the Parties. In consideration of the terms of this Agreement, the Parties agree as follows:
