This First Amendment (the “First Amendment”) to the Voting Systems Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 16th day of July (the “Effective Date) by and between the County of San Luis Obispo, (“County”), a political subdivision of the State of California, and Dominion Voting Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Dominion”).
