This Contract is entered into between , hereinafter referred to also as the Provider, and the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles, hereinafter, referred to as the DMV. Lenders or other business partners contracting with the Provider are hereinafter referred to also as the Business Partner. This contractual period will begin on the date it has been signed by both parties and shall continue in force until modified, amended or terminated.
