WHEREAS Platte County R-3 School District (hereinafter referred to as “Owner”) and DLR Group, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Architect”) desire to enter into a contract under which Architect will perform construction services relating the above-referenced Projects on behalf of Owner;
