The following provisions are a license agreement between the County Commissioners for St. Mary’s County (hereinafter “St. Mary’s County” or the “County”), and the undersigned customer (the “Customer”) with respect to certain proprietary GIS Data Products (“GIS Data”) specified on an order form, which is considered a part of this license agreement.
